Logo/Company Identity

For this project of creating a logo for a natural dog food company I decided to create a simple, fun logo. I used a bold handwriting-style font and also a thinner handwriting-style font to break it up a little since I went with a simple left-to-right layout of the company name. I used an olive green and brown, which I think are appropriate for a natural dog food company. These colors are earthy and organic. And as a fun touch I made the dots of the i's into paw prints. I placed the logo on each piece of the Identity package and also created a brown bar to contain the address and contact info to place on the pieces. The use of the brown bar on multiple items helped in keeping a consistent branding style for the company. I also added a watermarked bone on some items and on the back of the business card I placed a photo of my good friend Guinness, a boxer-bulldog mix, with the idea that different dogs could be printed on the back of these cards at any time. Just a fun touch that a natural dog food company can get away with while remaining professional.
